No Forms, Fuss-Free Claims

Bring your furkid to any registered vet in Malaysia for treatment. Get details about the diagnosis and cause as you will need it for later. Here’s a list of things you need to submit a claim:

Important: These documents from the clinic will help strengthen your claim’s case. Claims without the documents provided usually results in 1-2 weeks delay in claims processing.

After logging into your dashboard. Click on “Submit a claim” and select the pet who was sick. Fill in the claims submission form with details from the vet visit.

Please make sure to upload the itemised billing and diagnostic tests results if any diagnostic procedures were done like blood tests, histopathology, x-rays, ultrasound, urinalysis, cytology and etc. These documents will be required for us to process the claim.

Once you’ve finished submitting, you will be able to keep track of all your claims as it goes through processing on our dashboard. The processing time can take about 3-4 weeks. We got your so back so sit tight and we hope your furkid gets well soon.
