What is a vet medical ID?

A vet medical ID is a document (usually a physical card) that serves as proof of ownership of your pet cat. Typically, a veterinarian will issue this card when your cat is vaccinated. You are required to fill in the necessary information on the card for your vet clinic's records.

When purchasing a policy or certificate, simply take a photo of this card and upload it to our website during the purchase process. Please ensure the following information is clear in the photo, as we may not be able to proceed without clear proof of ownership:

  1. Pet's Name and Pet Owner's Name: These must match the information provided in your online submission.
  2. Stamp of the Vet Clinic: The stamp should clearly show the clinic's name and address.
