How do I claim for burial cost?

We're deeply sorry to hear about the loss of your pet :(

To claim for burial or cremation costs, please follow these steps:

1. Keep the Receipt: Make sure to keep the receipt from your vet or any undertaker service provider for handling your pet's funeral, burial, or cremation expenses.
 
2. Log in to Your Dashboard: Go to your user dashboard at Oyen Login.

3. Submit Your Claim: Navigate to the "Claim" section in your user profile. When submitting your claim, be sure to select:
  - "Funeral Expenses and/or Handling Charges" for Oyen Takaful Kucing.
  - "Burial and Cremation Costs" for regular Pet Insurance.
