The co-payment will be deducted first, and then the deductible.
Example: You submitted a bill of RM1,000. Your policy has a 10% co-payment and RM200 deductible.
Bill amount = RM1,000
10% Co-payment amount = RM100 (10% x RM1,000)
Total claims payout = RM1,000 - RM100 (co-payment) - RM200 (deductible) = RM700
