How to update my bank details to receive my claims reimbursement?


We are committed to provide you with the utmost convenience. This means all claims are paid by our insurance providers directly to your bank account!

For this reason, we will provide your bank details to our insurance providers in order to make payment to you. Fret not, all your data is subject to our Privacy Data Policy that is in line with Malaysia's PDPA Act 2010.

How to get your payment quickly?

  1. The name that appears on your bank account is the same name on your Oyen certificate (i.e. policy holder name)
  2. It is an active Malaysian bank account
  3. It is an IBG participating bank
  4. You put the correct bank account number


How to update your bank details?

1. Login to your Oyen Dashboard

2. On the left hand side, click 'Bank Details'

3. Select your bank name from the drop down, select your bank account type and fill in your bank account details.

4. Finally, click 'Update Bank Details'
