What is a claims reimbursement rate (for vet medical) and how is the claims paid to me?

We will reimburse 90% of the cost of your vet medical fees in your claims submission. Don't worry, we will handle all the calculations. All you need to do is submit your vet medical fee receipt or invoice on the Oyen portal.

After submitting your claim online, your submission will be reviewed and approved by our insurer, MSIG. If approved, MSIG will make the payment directly to your bank account (same legal name as policy) on your Oyen User Profile. Do expect up to 5 working days from approval date for your funds to show up in your bank account.
