My Policy is Overdue, What Should I Do?

Note: This only applies to monthly plan customers

We understand that life can be a bit hectic, and you might have missed to make the payment. Don't worry, we got you covered.

Step 1: Login to your Oyen account here

Step 2: If you see a "Pay Now" button

If you don't see this button, you would need to change your payment method first: Refer here for the detailed steps

  • Click on the "Pay Now" button
  • Select Online Banking or Debit/Credit Card
  • If you have selected Online Banking, you will be asked to pay RM1 authorisation fee. After that, you will be prompted to log in to your bank account for the 2nd time to pay the remaining overdue amount (after deducting RM1).
  • After your payment is completed, it will take around 1 -2 working days for us to reactive your account 💻
