How will I get reimbursed or compensated?

Once your claim is approved, the reimbursement or compensation will be transferred directly to the bank account information saved in your user profile.

  • For Pet Insurance (MSIG): MSIG will transfer the approved claims amount to your bank account. Please ensure that your bank details are accurate and match the legal name on your policy to avoid any delays.
  • For Oyen Takaful Kucing (Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad): Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad will transfer the approved claims amount to your bank account. Make sure your bank details are accurate and match the name on your certificate to prevent any delays.
