How to update my pet owner profile?


Your insurance certificate is an official documentation used for verification of your identity/your pet’s identity particularly during the claims process.

As such, any edits affecting identity details would first require verification by us.

Should you wish to amend your details as the pet owner, here’s how you can do it:

  1. Login to your Oyen Dashboard using your email and password.
  2. On the panel on the left, under 'Account Settings', click 'Owner details'.

  1. Overwrite the input field you wish to amend. 
  2. Click on “Request to amend”
  3. State reason for change and click on “Submit” to send your request
