Can I get coverage if my pet is already injured or sick?

Pet Insurance (General)

If your pet is currently injured or sick, unfortunately, you won't be able to claim for those conditions under either Oyen's pet insurance or Takaful Kucing plan. Both plans are designed to cover unexpected accidents and illnesses that occur after the policy or certificate is in effect. Pre-existing conditions, which include any injury or illness your pet had before obtaining coverage, are excluded.
