Can I get coverage if my pet is already injured or sick?

If your pet is currently injured or sick, unfortunately, you won't be able to claim for those conditions under Oyen's Pet Insurance plan. Both plans are designed to cover unexpected accidents and illnesses that occur after the policy is in effect. Pre-existing conditions, which include any injury or illness your pet had before obtaining coverage, are excluded.
