Once the documents you submit are complete, Oyen will help prepare your claim submission to the Takaful Operator. If all information is in order and the claim has been approved, Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad will aim to transfer the claim amount, after deductible if applicable, to your bank account directly between 3 - 4 weeks.
